HM King, Chechen President tour BIAS

Manama, Nov. 15 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, accompanied by Chechenia’s President Ramzan Kadyrov, today paid a visit to Bahrain International Air Show 2018. The two leaders visited the United Arab Emirates pavilion, Russian pavilion and listened to a brief on the Russian airplanes specifications and performance data. They also visited the Saudi Military Industries Company and a number of US companies pavilions, where they were briefed on the companies roles at the military and civil levels. HM the King welcomed the BIAS continuing success since its inception, and the wide participation of Arab and friendly countries and major international aviation companies. HM the King paid tribute to the Royal Bahraini Air Force contributions to the success of the international event in terms of coordination efforts and pilots’ participation in the air shows, which reflected their competence, wishing them more successes in future participations.
