HM King condoles with Sri Lankan president

Manama, Apr. 21 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today sent a cable of condolences to the Sri Lankan President, Maithripala Sirisena, over the victims of the blasts that rocked the Capital Colombo, leaving hundreds of people dead or wounded. HM the King extended deepest condolences and sympathy to Sri Lankan President, as well as to the families of the victims and the injured. HM King Hamad expressed the kingdom’s condemnation of such criminal acts that contravene the teachings of all divine religions and human values, praying to Almighty God to have mercy on the victims and to bless the wounded with speedy recovery.
