HM King congratulated by BIPA Director General

Manama, Feb. 8 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Director General of Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) Dr. Raed Mohammed bin Shams on Bahrain’s winning of the presidency of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS). Dr. bin Shams hailed the achievement of the Kingdom of Bahrain, represented by BIPA, describing it as the dividend of the comprehensive and ambitious vision of HM the King to boost the kingdom’s international competitiveness and achieve citizens’ aspirations. He pledged to continue adapting the institute’s plans and strategies to maintain Bahrain’s leading status in the public administration international competitiveness indices.
