HM King congratulated by Islamic Affairs Supreme Council President

Manama, Dec. 23 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from the President of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA) Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Khalifa following the successful launch of the first joint Bahraini-Emirati satellite, “Light-1”. The president hailed the honorable historic scientific milestone that embodies Bahrain’s future aspirations, paying tribute to the Kingdom’s competent youth for achieving HM the King’s visions. He hailed the efforts of National Security Advisor, Royal Guard Commander and Secretary-General of the Supreme Defense Council, Major-General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
