HM King congratulated by Shura Council chairman

Manama, Nov. 22 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh sent a cable of congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on the occasion of the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO)'s award conferred in recognition of His Majesty the King's global role in delivering the Bahrain Model of Economic Empowerment. The UNIDO award recognises decades of hard work and the development of innovative initiatives that have ensured a better future for women, young people and entrepreneurs in line with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030 and the Kingdom's modernisation, sustainable development and reforms led by His Majesty the King. The Bahrain Model for Economic Empowerment now being followed in 48 countries across the globe.
