HM King congratulated on WAFF trophy

Manama, Aug.17 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Deputy Prime Minister His Highness Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa on Bahrain’s winning the West Asian Football Federation (WAFF) Championship 2019, after beating hosts, Iraq, in the final. The Deputy Premier extended sincerest congratulations to HM the King on the well-deserved historic achievement, noting that the exploit, was attained thanks to the royal support to the sectors of youth and sports. He prayed to Allah the Almighty to bless the Kingdom of Bahrain with further landmark achievements in the prosperous era of HM the King.
