HM King congratulates Cape Verde President

Manama, July 4 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to President Jorge Carlos Fonseca of Cape Verde, on his country's Independence Day. HM the King expressed his best wishes of good health and happiness for the president on this national occasion.
