HM King congratulates Panamanian President

Manama, Nov. 2 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today sent a cable of congratulations to President Juan Carlos Varela of Panama on his country’s Independence Day. HM the King extended his best wishes to the Panamanian President on the national occasion.
