HM King congratulates Sudan’s Sovereign Transitional Council President

Manama, Dec.14, (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa sent a cable to the President of the Sovereign Transitional Council in the Republic of Sudan General Abdel-Fattah Al Burhan, congratulating him on removing his country’s name officially and finally from the list of terror-sponsoring states. HM the King praised the important step which will help the Republic of Sudan to enhance its standing on the international arena and bolster its active role on the Arab and African level. He also wished the brotherly Sudanese people further development, progress and prosperity.
