HM King congratulates Vietnamese President

Manama, Sept. 1 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Vietnam Nguyen Xuan Phuc on his country's Independence Day. HM King Hamad wished the president health and happiness, and the people of Vietnam further progress and prosperity.
