HM King directs to perform absentee funeral prayer for late Kuwaiti Emir

Manama, Sept. 30 (BNA): In line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to perform Salat Al-Ghaib (absentee funeral prayer) for the deceased of the Arab and Islamic nations late His Highness Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, the President of the Sunni Endowments Council directed all Imams of mosques in the Kingdom of Bahrain to perform the prayer after Dawn Prayer tomorrow Thursday. The Sunni Endowments Council President and members and all affiliates of the Sunni Endowments Directorate extended sincere condolences to the Kuwaiti government and people on the death of late HH Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, praying to Allah the Almighty to bless him with mercy and provide his family and the Kuwaiti people with patience and consolation.
