HM the King grants gift for Toon

SURAT THANI, Nov 13 (TNA) – His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn will grant gift for rocker Toon Bodyslam, or Artiwara Kongmalai, who is running for the charity for 11 hospitals. Surat Thani governor, Witchawut Jinto said he was informed by the King’s Secretary Office that Air Marshal Pakdee Saeng-Chuto, deputy private secretary will represent the King to grant the gift for Toon and his team to give moral support for the runners on their mission to complete 2,191 kms distance from southernmost province of Yala to the northernmost province of Chiang Rai. Their running charity campaign aims to collect 700million baht in donation for 11 hospitals. They are now in Nakhon Si Thammarat and completed about 500 kms. The donation has reached about 214 million baht so far. The governor said Toon and his team will spend five days, running 276 kms through Surat Thani province. They will take a rest for one day on Nov 15 and will receive the gifts from the King on Nov 15 at Banjong Buri Hotel in Surat Thaini’s provincial seat at 11 am. (TNA)
