HM King holds call with Kuwait's Deputy Amir

Manama, July 26 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today held a telephone call with Kuwait’s Deputy Amir and Crown Prince, His Highness Shaikh Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. HM the King was assured about the health of Kuwaiti Amir, His Highness Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. HM King Hamad wished HH the Amir speedy recovery, and prayed to Allah the Almighty to bless him with abundant health and full wellness so as to return home safely. HM the King confirmed the solid long-standing relations between the two countries and their brotherly peoples, noting that the Bahraini-Kuwaiti ties have always been a role model for relations between brotherly countries, in light of their kinship, common history, mutual love and understanding, as well as bilateral cooperation across various fields. HM King Hamad expressed pride in the progress march witnessed by both Bahrain and Kuwait thanks to the solid approach spearheaded by the fathers and forefathers, in addition to their advanced ruling systems, strong modern legislation, popular representation, the existence of the requirements of comprehensive development and unwavering determination to continue their nation-building process to meet their citizens’ aspirations. Kuwait’s Deputy Amir expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to HM the King for his keenness to be reassured about the health of the Amir, HH Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed, stressing that HM King Hamad’s fraternal feelings embody the depth and strength of the brotherly relations between two countries and their peoples.
