HM King issues law 9/2020

Manama, Apr. 13 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued today law 9/2020 ratifying the founding agreement and by-law of the Gulf Payments Company after being endorsed by the Shura and Representatives Councils on March 27, 2019. The Prime Minister and the ministers, each within their jurisdiction, shall enforce the provisions of the law which shall become effective the day after its promulgation in the Official Gazette.
