HM King ratifies, issues Laws 4, 5/2017

Manama, Jan. 31 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ratified and issued Law 4/2017 and Law 5/2017 after their approval by the Parliament. Law 4/2017 stipulated the ratification of the Arab Agreement on Combating Transnational Organised Crime signed in Cairo, Egypt on 21 December 2010, associated with this Law. Law 5/2017 stipulated the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Government of the Republic of India regarding cooperation to combat terrorism and organised transnational crime, illicit traffic in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and chemical precursors, signed in New Delhi, India, on 2 December 2015, associated with this Law.
