HM King receives credentials of five ambassadors

Manama, Dec. 3 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received the credentials of five new ambassadors during a ceremony held at the Al-Sakhir Palace here.
HM King Hamad received the credentials of His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, H.E John Gerard McCoy of Ireland, H.E Bahodur Mahmudzoda Sharifi of Tajikistan, H.E Serif Mujkanovic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Massimo Baggi of Switzerland.
HM King Hamad exchanged welcome statements with the new ambassadors, and hailed the strong bilateral relations and steadily-growing ties binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and their respective brotherly and friendly countries, wishing them every success in performing their diplomatic duties to consolidate relations of cooperation and friendship with Bahrain.
The ambassadors conveyed to HM the King greetings and appreciation from their countries' leaders, who wished HM King Hamad abundant health and happiness and Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity, lauding the solid relations between their countries and Bahrain at all levels.
The ceremony was attended by HM the King’s Personal Representative, the Royal Court Minister, Foreign Minister, Follow-up Minister at the Royal Court and Royal Protocols chief.
The ambassadors arrived at the Al-Sakhir Palace separately, and were each welcomed by the Royal Protocols chief.
