HM King receives French ambassador

Manama, Nov. 16 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received at Sakhir Air Base today French Ambassador to Bahrain Cécile Longé. He expressed thanks and respect to France for its important participation in Bahrain International Air Show (BIAS) 2018 which, he said, reflects deep-rooted and outstanding historic relations between the two friendly countries. HM the King lauded the advanced level of bilateral relations and growing cooperation at all levels. He expressed respect to French President Emmanuel Macron for his keenness to bolster relations of friendship with Bahrain, praising France’s active role and contribution, alongside the international community, to promote regional and international peace and stability. The French ambassador extended thanks and respect to HM the King for his efforts to boost the Bahraini-French relations in all fields.
