HM King receives Kuwaiti Amir

Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received the Amir of Kuwait HH Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, upon his arrival today heading his country's delegation to participate in the 37th GCC Summit hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain. His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister were also present as well as senior Royals, Shura and Representatives' Council's chairman, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s Secretary General, ministers, Kuwait's ambassador to Bahrain, Bahrain's ambassador to Kuwait, governor of the Southern Governorate, BDF, Interior Ministry and National Guard senior officers, and members of Kuwait embassy in Bahrain. After a short break at the Royal Protocols Hall at Sakhir Airbase during which His Majesty the King and HH the Amir of Kuwait exchanged amicable conversations regarding the existing solid historic fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Kuwait and their brotherly peoples; the motorcade of His Highness departed to his place of residence at the Sakhir Palace. The Honour Mission was led by Deputy Prime Minister HH Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
