HM King receives letter from Saudi Monarch

Manama, Oct. 10 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received a written message from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, inviting him to attend the fifth edition of the “Future Investment Initiative Forum”, set to be hosted by Riyadh later this month. HM the King was handed over the letter by the Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain, HRH Prince Sultan bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, whom HM received at the Al-Sakhir Palace today. HM King Hamad expressed thanks and appreciation to the Saudi Monarch for his kind invitation, lauding the solid long-standing fraternal relations between the two kingdoms, as well as between their leaderships and peoples. HM the King expressed pride in the pioneering role played by sisterly Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of King Salman, at the international arena, as well as in its major initiatives to achieve sustainable development goals at the regional and global levels. HM King Hamad highlighted the success of the “Future Investment Initiative” since its launch, wishing the participants and organisers every success in enhancing global cooperation and solidarity to achieve the common aspirations of the entire humanity.
