HM King receives UAE vice president

Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE's Vice President and Prime Minister the Ruler of Dubai upon his arrival today heading his country's delegation to participate in the 37th GCC Summit hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain. His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister were also present as well as senior Royals, Shura and Representatives' Council's chairman, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s Secretary General, ministers, UAE's ambassador to Bahrain, Bahrain's ambassador to UAE, governor of the Southern Governorate, BDF, Interior Ministry and National Guard senior officers, and members of UAE embassy in Bahrain. After a short break at the Royal Protocols Hall at Sakhir Airbase during which His Majesty the King and HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum exchanged amicable conversations regarding the existing solid historic fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the UAE and their brotherly peoples; the motorcade of His Highness departed to his place of residence at the Sakhir Palace. The Honour Mission was led by Interior Minister Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.
