HM King receives written message from Israeli President

Manama, Dec.21 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received a written message from the President of the State of Israel Isaac Herzog dealing with relations of friendship and cooperation binding both friendly countries. The Israeli president expressed deepest thanks HM the King for the invitation to visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain and for the warm welcome and gracious hospitality. President Herzog commended HM the King's efforts to foster the values of peace, tolerance and interfaith coexistence. He also praised HM the King's drive to push bilateral relations between the two countries towards further cooperation to serve common interests and support joint efforts to achieve regional security, stability and prosperity. He also congratulated HM the King on the kingdom’s National Days, in commemoration of the establishment of the modern Bahraini State as an Arab and Muslim state, founded by Ahmed Al Fateh in 1783, the anniversary of its full membership in the United Nations and the anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession to the Throne. The Israeli president wished HM the King and the friendly people of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
