HM King thanked by BJA President

Manama, (BNA): HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of thanks from President of Bahrain Journalists Association, Ahdeya Ahmed, in reply to HM the King’s congratulations on her election as the BJA presidency. The BJA President expressed great appreciation of the royal congratulations on winning the BJA election, vowing to work with dedication and utmost effort together with the BJA Board members to serve the leadership and the homeland. She said HM the King’s congratulations reflect his keenness to promote the free and responsible freedom of expression, appreciation of the journalists and media men’s honest national stances and their honourable role in defending the homeland and citizens’ issues and the royal interest in preserving their rights and gains. She wished HM the King durable good health and happiness to continue leading the Kingdom of Bahrain for further development in the interest of Bahraini citizens.
