HM the King thanked by HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad

Manama, July 16 (BNA): First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa extended heartfelt thanks and gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for issuing decree 24/2020 on setting up clubs in the form of commercial companies in accordance with the Commercial Companies Law. HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa affirmed that the issuance of the decree by HM the King reflects the royal support to the youth and sport sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He praised the efforts of the government, headed by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, in pressing ahead with development in the youth and sport sectors. He also lauded the distinguished efforts of Personal Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor and SCYS Chairman HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in this respect. HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa asserted that the issuance of the royal decree will boost the steps being taken towards professionalism in the sport field. He added the decree represents a milestone for clubs to provide the best for Bahraini sport and will further promote investments and economic growth.
