HM King thanks Speaker of Arab Parliament

Manama, Mar. 13 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of thanks to Arab Parliament Speaker Dr. Mishaal bin Fahm Al Salami, over the Arab Parliament resolution dated February 12, 2019 which denounced statements issued by some international organisations concerning judicial sentences issued in the Kingdom of Bahrain. His Majesty praised the Arab Parliament’s supportive stances in tackling such unsolicited interferences into the Kingdom’s internal affairs. HM the King expressed his appreciation of the Arab Parliament’s resolution in response to the systematic reports of some international agencies doubting the judicial sentences reliant upon erroneous information without first having any recourse to the relevant official institutions. His Majesty lauded the Arab Parliament’s key role in promoting inter-Arab cooperation and its tremendous efforts in defending Arab interest and causes. He commended the Arab Parliament supporting Bahrain’s security and stability against anyone who attempts to tamper with its capabilities and unity as well as supporting the Kingdom’s efforts to boost its prosperity and progress in all fields. It is worth mentioning that the Arab Parliament recently unanimously adopted a resolution affirming its full support for Arab countries especially Bahrain against all attempts to interfere into its internal affairs.
