HM King's condolences conveyed to US Ambassador

Manama, June 16 (BNA): Advisor to HM the King for Diplomatic Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, today conveyed the condolences of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the US Ambassador to Bahrain, Steven C. Bondy, following the passing of his father, expressing HM the King’s consolation to him and his family members. This came as HM the King’s Diplomatic Affairs Advisor paid a visit to Steven Bondy at his residence, where he offered condolences over the demise of his father. Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed expressed pride in the solid friendly relations and strategic partnership between the kingdom and the US at all levels. Ambassador Bondy extended deepest thanks and gratitude to HM the King for his kind gesture embodying the strength of relations between the countries and their friendly peoples. He also expressed sincere appreciation for Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed for his keenness to condole with him following the passing of his father.
