HM King's patronage of youth, sports activities hailed

Manama, Dec. 6 (BNA): Youth and Sports Affairs Minister Ayman Tawfiq Al Moayyed expressed utmost signs of gratitude to, and appreciation of, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for the Royal trust of appointing him as Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs. This came in the minister's first statement after the constitutional oath-taking, in which he affirmed that the Royal trust will be his biggest impetus to put in more efforts to elevate the youth and sports sector. He hailed the Royal patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the outstanding support of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister and direct care of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, in addition to the vision of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth and Sports Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, that enabled the realization of the quantum leap in the youth and sports sector culminating in the outstanding performance levels and the society’s high athletic awareness in general The minister also hailed Bahrain’s remarkable youth and sports accomplishments regionally, continentally and internationally
