HM King's Personal Representative receives US Ambassador

Manama, Jan. 24 (BNA): HM the King’s Personal Representative, President of the Supreme Council for Environment, His Highness Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa, received here today the US Ambassador to Bahrain, Steven C. Bondy. HH Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad lauded the long-standing solid friendship Bahraini-US relations. HM the King’s Personal Representative affirmed that he is always looking forward to enhancing bilateral cooperation across various fields to serve the interests of two countries and their friendly peoples, as well as support their joint endeavours to strengthen the pillars of regional and global security and stability, wishing the envoy every success in carrying out his diplomatic duties. The ambassador expressed thanks and appreciation to HH Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad for the warm welcome, affirming his country’s keenness to bolster its cooperation and coordination with the kingdom in all fields.
