HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulated by Speaker of the Representatives Council on success of the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2020

Manama, Nov. 30 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a cable of congratulations from the Speaker of the Council of Representatives, HE Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal, on the kingdom’s success in hosting the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2020. HE Zainal expressed pride in Bahrain’s hosting of this major international sporting event, since 2004, and the distinguished achievements made in light of the comprehensive development, led by His Majesty the King, which showcases the Kingdom as an international destination for sport and tourism. HE Zainal noted the global confidence in Bahrain’s national capabilities and professional management to host and organize major sporting events, particularly during the exceptional circumstances presented by the global spread of COVID-19. The Speaker of the Council of Representatives further wished HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister abundant health and happiness and further success in his endeavors.
