HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets with the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia

Manama, Nov. 20 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister, today met with the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia, HE Prabowo Subianto, on the side-lines of the 2021 Manama Dialogue. His Royal Highness highlighted the Kingdom of Bahrain's commitment to building upon relations with the Republic of Indonesia across all fields for the benefit and development of the two countries and their peoples. His Royal Highness also noted the importance of expanding the horizons of cooperation and coordination to achieve common interests. Regional and international issues of common interest, as well as topics addressed at the Manama Dialogue were also discussed. The Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Minister of Defence Affairs, HE Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, and the Bahrain Defence Force’s Chief of Staff, HE Lieutenant General Dhiab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, also attended the meeting.
