HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister receives the Ambassador of the People's Republic China to Bahrain

Manama, Jan. 11 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received HE Anwaer, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Riffa Palace. His Royal Highness highlighted the growing ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and China, and emphasised the importance of strengthening cooperation across areas that will serve the interests of both nations and their people. His Royal Highness praised the progress that Bahrain-Chinese relations are enjoying across various fields, and expressed his appreciation for the working partnership developed by Bahrain and China to confront the COVID-19 pandemic. His Royal Highness and HE the Ambassador then reviewed regional and international developments of mutual concern. For his part, HE the Ambassador expressed his appreciation to His Royal Highness for his continuing support towards increasing bilateral cooperation.
