HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister receives the outgoing ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines Manama, Sept. 21 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received the outgoing ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines, His Excellency Alfonso A. Ver, at Riffa Palace, to mark the end of his tenure in the Kingdom of Bahrain. His Royal Highness highlighted the Kingdom's commitment to further strengthening relations with the Philippines, noting the importance of enhancing bilateral cooperation across various sectors. His Royal Highness commended the contributions made by the Kingdom's Filipino community to Bahrain's comprehensive development. His Royal Highness noted Ambassador Ver's efforts to further bilateral cooperation and coordination and wished him success in his future assignments. For his part, Ambassador Ver expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness and noted the Republic of the Philippines' commitment to further developing bilateral relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain.
