HRH the Crown Prince of Bahrain orders the referral of an Assistant Undersecretary to the Public Prosecution

Manama, Jan. 7 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, First Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Civil Service Council has ordered that an Assistant Undersecretary from a ministry that provides public services be referred to the Public Prosecution to verify his academic record. HRH the Crown Prince has also instructed all government entities to cooperate with the Civil Service Bureau in verifying the qualifications of all senior government officials and to submit a report to the Civil Service Council. HRH the Crown Prince affirmed that Bahrain continues to prioritise fairness and justice in all government administrative workstreams, in line with HM the King’s comprehensive development programme. HRH the Crown Prince stressed that the strict application of fairness and justice guarantees equal opportunities, and safeguards citizens’ rights.
