HRH Crown Prince issues edict 6/2020

Manama, May 20 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today issued edict 6/2020. The edict designates Spain as the ‘foreign country’ in the implementation of Decree-Law 56/2018 on the Provision of Cloud Computing Services to Foreign Parties. Ministers, -each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of the edict which takes effect one day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
