HRH Crown Prince meets Japan's Foreign Minister at the 2018 Manama Dialogue

Manama, Oct. 27 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today met Japan's Foreign Minister, HE Tarō Kōno, on the side-lines of the 2018 Manama Dialogue. HRH the Crown Prince and His Excellency the Foreign Minister discussed the steady growth of bilateral ties between Bahrain and Japan, particularly across trade, investment and other key service-focused industries HRH the Crown Prince highlighted Bahrain’s long-standing development and diversification efforts, stressing that continued close collaboration with international partners such as Japan will be crucial to advancing development and opportunities for citizens HRH the Crown Prince praised the strong and mutually-beneficial partnership between Bahrain and Japan, noting that the Kingdom is committed to building on this solid base to increase investment and encourage innovation across key sectors HRH the Crown Prince and His Excellency the Foreign Minister also discussed a range of issues impacting regional security, highlighting the importance of adopting effective mechanisms aimed at strengthening stability and sustainable growth across the region His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa also attended the meeting.
