HRH the Crown Prince receives BDF Commander-in-Chief

Manama, Jan.2 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today met with His Excellency Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of Bahrain Defence Force, at Riffa Palace. During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince stressed the BDF’s vital role in preserving the Kingdom’s security, and national achievements, which have advanced under the Kingdom’s comprehensive development led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. HRH the Crown Prince highlighted the Commander-in-Chief’s efforts towards further developing the BDF’s operational readiness and capabilities, noting the BDF’s role in safeguarding regional security and the Kingdom's continued prosperity. HRH the Crown Prince and the Commander-in-Chief then discussed the BDF’s programs and strategic plans, including its cooperation with international and regional armed forces.
