HRH Crown Prince receives newly appointed Russian Ambassador to Bahrain

Manama, Feb. 3 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today received the newly appointed Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Mr. Igor Kremnev, at Riffa Palace. During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince and HE the Ambassador discussed the steady growth of bilateral ties between Bahrain and Russia, and highlighted the importance of further developing partnerships across various sectors as per His Majesty King Hamad’s directives. HRH the Crown Prince and HE the Ambassador also discussed recent regional and international developments. HRH the Crown Prince welcomed HE the Ambassador to the Kingdom, wishing him every success in his new diplomatic role. For his part, HE the Ambassador expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet HRH the Crown Prince, and affirmed Russia’s commitment to continue building on existing Bahrain-Russia ties.
