HRH the Crown Prince receives the United Kingdom’s First Sea Lord

Manama, Dec. 15 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today met with Admiral Anthony Radakin, the United Kingdom’s First Sea Lord and Chief of the Royal Navy Staff, at Riffa Palace. During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince stressed that the long-standing strategic ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom continue to advance across all levels, to the benefit of both Kingdoms and their people. HRH the Crown Prince highlighted the deep-rooted ties between Bahrain and the United Kingdom, noting the strong level of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in promoting regional security and stability, including the joint participation in the International Maritime Security Construct. HRH the Crown Prince and Admiral Radakin also discussed regional and international issues of common interest. His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and HE Lieutenant-General Theyab bin Saqer Al Noaimi, Bahrain Defense Force Chief of Staff, were also in attendance.
