HRH the Deputy King meets the outgoing Ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Bahrain

Manama, Dec. 22 (BNA): The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today met with the Ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Bahrain, HE Pradeepa Saram, at Gudaibiya Palace, to mark the end of the Ambassador’s service in the Kingdom. HRH the Deputy King highlighted the continued development of Bahrain-Sri Lanka relations, and the importance of furthering cooperation and coordination for the benefit of both countries and to achieve common goals. His Royal Highness commended the efforts of HE the Ambassador in fostering bilateral relations and extended his best wishes in her future endeavours. For her part, HE Saram expressed her appreciation for His Royal Highness's unwavering support in strengthening joint cooperation, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity. The Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, also attended the meeting.
