HRH Premier of Bahrain to patronize Al-Salmaniya Hospital 60th anniversary

Manama, (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa tomorrow will patronize the 60th anniversary of Al-Salmaniya Hospital. The celebration will be held at the northern building of Salmaniya Medical complex. It will focus on the government’s efforts to develop the health system and improving health services provided to citizens and residents. It will also shed light on its development stages since its inception in 1958 in the reign of late HH Shaikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, ruler of the country then. The celebration coincides with Bahrain’s celebrations of the anniversary of the establishment of the modern state of Bahrain as an Arab and Muslim country in 1783 by its founder Ahmed Al-Fateh, the 47th Anniversary of its accession to the UN as a full member and the 19th Anniversary of HM the King's Accession to the Throne.
