HRH Premier congratulated by ambassador

Manama, July 31 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Bahrain's Ambassador to Germany, Abdullah Abdullatif Abdullah, over the UN's proclamation of April 5 as the Universal Day of Conscience in response to His Royal Highness's initiative to encourage the peaceful solution of conflicts. The ambassador commended the accomplishment added to HRH the Premier's many feats that mirror his international status and appreciation. He stressed that this international declaration was a brilliant reflection of the Premier's supporting global peace, in addition to regional and international acknowledgements of HRH the Premier's accomplishments that hoisted Bahrain's name at the various international platforms. The UN's decision was adopted after Bahrain proposed to declare April 5 each year as the International Day of Conscience after the Prime Minister launched this initiative last April.
