HRH Premier congratulated by UoB president

Manama, Oct. 31 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a cable of congratulations from the University of Bahrain (UoB) President, Dr. Riyad Yussef Hamza, on the UoB’s remarkable progress and ranking 25th at the Arab level. Dr. Hamza extended to HRH Premier, on behalf of the UoB’s affiliates, sincere congratulations on UoB’s unprecedented achievement after its success in ranking 25th among the highest-ranking 50 Arab universities, moving up by 17 places compared to 2015, according the QS World University Rankings 2018. The UoB also came 411th among more than 25,000 world universities in the Employer Reputation indicator, and was granted an official certificate on that. UoB president stressed that the UoB had succeeded in reaching high ranks thanks to HRH the Prime Minister’s support and directives to the government. He pledged that UoB would continue to make more progress in order to achieve HRH Premier’s aspirations within the Government Action Plan.
