HRH Premier congratulated on WHO honour by Transportation Minister

Manama, May 22 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed on being chosen and honoured as a "World Leader" by the World Health Organisation (WHO). The honouring, unprecedented in the history of the international organization, confirms the leading role of HH the Premier in supporting actions in the service of humanity and maintaining the health standards in line with modern directions that require best practices and highest levels, the minister said. HRH the Prime Minister's deep faith in and cooperation with the various international bodies that serve human beings, and the enhancement of their abilities and the services provided are a source of pride to all and contribute significantly to achieving important steps towards distinguished health services, he added.
