HRH Premier directs efficient rainy season preparations' verification

Manama, Nov. 7 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister directed Works, Municipal Affairs and Urban Planning Minister, and all municipal affairs departments to verify the efficiency of the preparations in place to deal with the rainy season.   His Royal Highness stressed the importance of the municipalities’ communication centres to receive complaints regarding water pooling on roads and in neighborhoods. HRH the Prime Minister also urged to continue the work of verifying the maintenance of rainwater drainage networks and water pumping stations and to ensure their effectiveness.
