HRH Premier to patronize 1st Bahrain Emergency Medicine Conference

Manama, Mar. 4 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman al Khalifa will patronize the first Bahrain Emergency Medicine Conference (BAEM19) organized by Bahrain Medical Society and Bahrain Association of Emergency Medicine on October 9-11, 2019 at the Gulf Hotel. BMS President Dr. Ghada Al Qassim extended her sincere gratitude to HRH Prime Minister for his patronage of this unique conference that aims to highlight the importance of emergency medicine in enhancing government’s efforts to better health care in Bahrain. The event will highlight the major medical advances and technologies in emergency medicine. Gathering high caliber speakers under one roof to share and network their ideas and practices to improve emergency medicine. The event will provide an opportunity to attend pre-conference workshops and hands on in many vital stations. It will also concentrate on research and it’s importance in developing medical care. BAEM President Dr. Salah Al Ghanem stated: "We are pleased to share our thoughts with a group of emergency medicine specialist from the United States of America, Canada, Europe and GCC along with our Bahraini emergency doctor colleagues." He noted that the conference is endorsed by International Federation of Emergency Medicine (IFEM), Gulf Federation of Emergency Medicine (GFEM), American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), Saudi Society of Emergency Medicine (SASEM), Emirates Society of Emergency medicine (ESEM), Oman Society of Emergency Medicine (OSEM), Kuwait Emergency Medicine Society (KEMS). It is worth noting that this conference aims to attract emergency physicians, family medicine physicians, general practitioners, All Residents, Emergency Nurses, EMT/ Paramedics and Medical Students.
