HRH Premier receives Royal Family members, senior officials

Manama, Aug. 18 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has lauded the tremendous efforts exerted by sisterly Saudi Arabia to serve Haj pilgrims and enable them to perform Haj rituals easily and comfortably. HRH Premier stressed that Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, will remain entrusted with taking care of the Islamic sacred places, being the only country that is capable of assuming that responsiblity, affirming that its love and distinguished status in the hearts of Muslims are deepening in recognition of its services to Islam and honourable supportive stances in defending the Arab and Islamic nations. HRH the Prime Minister stressed that anyone seeking to target the security and stability of Saudi Arabia will not succeed, noting that all attempts to undermine its position as a safety valve and a bulwork that protects the glory, security and stability of the Arab and Islamic nations will fail. HRH Premier made the stances while receiving, at the Gudaibiya Palace today, Royal Family members and senior state officials, with whom he discussed a number of local and international issues. HRH Premier praised the important role played by the press and media personnel, as well as columnists in enlightening society towards various national and world issues through their ideas and in-depth analyses. In another context, the Prime Minister said that communication is a deep-rooted Bahraini value that reflects the cohesion of the Bahraini society, and has been a tool to strengthen Bahrainis’ determination and solidarity. Tackling regional issues, HRH Premier affirmed that safeguarding security and stability across the region is a a fateful and crucial goal that everyone should cooperate to achieve to strengthen the ability of the region’s countries to go ahead with their development plans to achieve their peoples’ aspirations.
