HRH Premier stresses terrorism global threats

Manama, Jan. 8 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa today received a number of royal family members and officials. HRH Prime Minister pointed out the significance of disseminating awareness of the local heritage and its great wealth of historical and patriotic features among generations. He noted that Bahrain's rich history should be used to promote tourism and the economy. Reviewing a host of local and international issues, HRH Prime Minister stressed that terrorism was no longer confined to a narrow range as in the past, but has expanded to become an ideological and intellectual phenomenon, which requires strong international alliances to confront and eliminate it.
