HRH Premier thanked by GPU President

Manama, Jan. 18 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a cable of thanks from Gulf Press Union (GPU) President Khalid Hamad Al-Malik in reply to HRH Prime Minister's congratulations on his election as the GPU President. The GPU President stressed resolve to take on the new responsibilities in the interest of the GCC journalism and unity of stance in the face of threats and attempts to destabilize the region. He praised HRH Premier's wise directives on addressing challenges the Gulf journalism may encounter.
