India welcomes BRAVE

New Delhi, Apr.20 (BNA): BRAVE landed in the friendly Republic of India, which will witness the fifth edition of this international event, organized by the Brave Combat Federation of the Khalid bin Hamad Mixed Martial Arts Organization (KHK MMA), in cooperation with the Indian Martial Arts Federation, at the Dome National Sports Club of India Stadium. India is the third world destination for the championship since its international launch, under the directives of His Highness Shaikh Khalid Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Honourary President of the Bahrain Mixed Martial Arts Federation (BMMAF) and founder of the Khalid Bin Hamad Mixed Martial Arts Organization (KHK MMA), to introduce the championship which was launched from the Kingdom of Bahrain, as an international championship with participation from professional fighters from across the world. This has strengthened Bahrain's standing in the international sports field, especially in mixed martial arts. The championship’s first international station was South America, in the city of Curitiba, Brazil, which held the third edition. It returned in the fourth edition to the Asian continent, specifically the Emirates capital Abu Dhabi, which held the first main competition for the championship belt. It was won by Algerian fighter Elias Boudegzdame at the expense of Mexican fighter Masio Fullen. Participating in the championship are 20 of the world's strongest and fiercest fighters: Tahar Hadbi, Carl Booth, Mangat, Abdul Muneer, Jakub Kowalewicz, Alex Da Silva, Brian Hooi, Erik Carlos, Alejandro Martinez, Paulo Silva, Rolando Gabriel, and representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain and KHK MMA Professional Team Hamza Al Kooheji, Chaitanya Gavali, Nelson Paes, Aziz Julaidan, Mohammad Farhad, Ahmed Fares, Bharat Khadarf, Arnan Chaiysan and Hardeep Rai.
