Industry Minister meets Maltese Foreign Minister

Manama, Apr. 11 (BNA): Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism Zayed bin Rashid Al Zayani met Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion of Malta Evarist Bartolo. Minister Al Zayani stressed Bahrain’s keenness to strengthen relations with all countries of the world, reviewing the investment potential, opportunities and the safe environment that it enjoys in light of legislation and regulations that keep pace with global developments and requirements. The minister highlighted the ease of procedures and advantages that the Kingdom provides to investors. Al Zayani referred to the national strategy that strengthens Bahrain's financial and investment position, which qualifies it to attract major global projects and investments in all economic sectors. He pointed to the great role played by mutual visits between officials and businessmen in both countries, which would develop relations, and reflect on trade exchanges and economic cooperation.
