Industry Minister receives Abraham Accords Group Chair

Manama, Oct.25 (BNA): Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister Zayed bin Rashid Al Zayani received Chair of the UK Abraham Accords Group and former British Cabinet minister, Dr. Liam Fox, who was appointed by ambassadors of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and the State of Israel to the United Kingdom, within the recommendations of the peace agreement which was signed recently. Al Zayani said that the appointment of Dr. Fox reflects the pivotal role of diplomacy in strengthening joint cooperation and coordination to promote the peace accords and build bridges between the three countries, signatories of the Abraham Accords, conducive to regional peace. He said that such meetings and the economic developments between the three countries would boost trade exchanges and investment opportunities.
